Bay Breeze Restaurant: Reviews & Ratings
BayBreeze is everything you want in a seaside stop, simple, welcoming, and unforgettable. The service is warm and attentive without ever feeling rushed. The fish and chips were delicious, light and perfectly done, and the view… absolutely incredible. Sometimes it’s the simple things done well that make for the best experiences, and BayBreeze delivers just that.
A 5 ’s plus for kindness, great food and a world-class view! We stopped on our way north and liked it so well, we HAD TO come back! We enjoyed lobster rolls, grilled salmon, lobster soup/stew and a superb greek salad (the feta was a good one and the olives were among the best I’ve ever had). When you enter, note (besides the jaw-dropping view) the framed article about the owners. Prices are very fair and atmosphere is homey.
Family-owned restaurant overlooking the tides of beautiful Bay of Fundy. Known for its seafood that is sourced from the waters right outside the door—the very definition of local. The patio is the best with its bay breezes keeping you cool on a hot day. I love the Greek salad with amazing feta and olive oil from the owners’ property in Greece. The scallops—lightly battered and fried— are only rivalled by the fabulous fish and chips or fresh clams. Lots of non seafood items too. Rice pudding is the best anywhere. This is a seasonal gem opened from May into October.
We didn't stay at the hotel, but we ate at the restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious! The portions were huge and cooked to perfection! And they were all so friendly and fun! We definitely plan on going back if we travel that way again!
Stopped for some seafood and was not disappointed. I had fried scallops and they were done perfectly!! Melted in my mouth and were so sweet. The view speaks for itself, rarely have I been that close to a beautiful shoreline.
Stayed out of necessity but we were so pleasantly surprised with the service. The owner went out of her way to make us feel welcome, including extra towels after overhearing me tell my kids to use the small ones and a homemade cake with homemade ice cream delivered to the room just to make my kids happy. We made core memories here when all we expected was a place to sleep.
Giving a review for restaurant. Stayed in a Provincial Park night before after a rough, unexpected, late drive day in the rain pulling a trailer because the Cat Ferry cancelled on us. So a welcome and delicious stop here the next morning turned out to be just what we needed. Super nice folks and great food in a beautiful setting.
Been going to Bay Breeze since adolescence. Great seaside fried food. Unfortunately, last visit we tried t-bone and poached salmon w Veg Medley . Please try to use current fresh veg available, at least during summer months. As veg medley from a can or frozen absolutely tastes awful. I paid 100$ for 2 meat/fish meals inedible veg.i actually want your business to have a future. Please stop serving frozen or tin veg.
